Cheery Lynn Designs Pink and White Challenge

Hello Everyone,
It is time for another Cheery Lynn Designs challenge.  You can get all of the info on their blog:  HERE
I missed a couple of challenges while family members were visiting and staying in my craft room for a couple of weeks but I am back in my room now (as of last week's red and white challenge) and trying hard to get my crafting items back in there usual spots so I can get creating.  Ah the challenges of small home living when you need an extra bedroom and you have to create one in your basement craftroom for a few weeks!

Last night I dived into everything that is pink and white and all the lovely Cheery Lynn dies that are at my disposal.  I just love the incredible detail that these dies have - it makes creating a stunning card, tag, or project effortless and you end up with an elegant project that looks like you spent hours creating it!

Note: You may want to grab a cup of tea or coffee as this post is going to be video/picture intensive as I made a lot of items!  I went on a pink and white binge of craftiness!  Boy was it fun!

My beginning intent was to make some elegant note cards that can be used for a variety of occassions just by adding a sentiment to either the outside or inside of the card.  Because of my husband's cancer I am often in need of thank you notes but I also like to have cards on hand for birthday, sympathy, and various other occasions also.  This elegant stash of pink and white cards could go from baby to birthday to thank you notes effortlessly.  Here we go....

This is a quick video of the cards I made for the challenge and I am also going to be adding some pictures of a few other pink and white cards and tags I made for my son's teachers at school further on in this post....

NOTE: You can turn off the music on my blog by paging down to the bottom and pushing the "equal" sign in the music box....

These two cards and the tag were made for some of my son's teachers.  I added a little bit of blue into these cards....

This card was inspired by designer Jessica Witty.  Her blog is:  HERE  and is full of great inspiration!

Another version.....

Some tags that I placed on boxes of mints for the teachers that he sees each week for art, PE, advanced reading, etc.

These pink and white only tags were for two other special people at my son's school.

The butterfly cards below and in the video were made with these Cheery Lynn Design Dies.  They are releasing new dies tonight on their website:  HERE   I cannot wait to see the new dies that they are coming out with!!!!  Be sure to go and take a look!

Love this gorgeous butterfly die!  It just shouts SPRING to me!!!!

Gotta have some glitter...diamond stickles is sooooo pretty!
Love the burlap embossing plate!!!!

Clear cardstock is a great thing to have on hand....or some acetate from a stamp set can be used in a pinch...or even plastic packaging.....as long as you are not concerned about it being acid free....

More of the gorgeous Cheery Lynn dies whose names I showed in the video I posted above and to You Tube at my Greenwood Girl Cards channel.

Love the intricacy of this die and the beautiful border die too!  Thanks Maille for the inspiration!

So gorgeous - just love this die for Valentine's Day or Weddings or even any day you want to show someone you love them!

All the cards for the pink and white challenge at Cheery Lynn Designs grouped together....

That is it for me today.  Thanks for taking a look at this long post (if you made it this far!) LOL!
Would love to hear what you think of my cards and tags!
