Happy Release Day! Today is the day that all of the new Paper Sweeties products are for sale in the store! Yay! Here's "What's New":
Today I have a Birthday Card to share that uses the wonderful new "Sweet Borders Sweet Cuts":
My three gingham tags are hanging from one of the sweet borders die-cuts that cuts a thin curled strip of paper. I love this die cut! And I also used the scalloped border sweet cut to add the scallops to the bottom of my card.
This card also features the "Birthday Banners" stamp set. I stamped the cupcake banner and then hand-cut two of the cherry-topped cupcakes out to add to each of the green gingham tags. This tiny cupcake with the cherry on top is one of my favortie Paper Sweeties images! I hope Debbie makes a large cupcake just like it someday...because can you EVER have ENOUGH CUPCAKES?! The "Sweetie Pie" stamp set supplies the wonderful sentiment. I added some green Copic marker to some of the letters to tie the green color into the focal point. A few of the wonderful Paper Sweeties "Bubble Gum" sequins finishes this card perfectly.
Now I get to send you off to the next blog in our wonderful Release Day Blog Hop:
